Our Learn to Sail Membership are designed for students looking for a complete program combining sailing courses, sailing practice and activities for 1 full year.

The classes give you the knowledge, skills and certification but the continuing education and practice will build your skills and confidence.

You will enjoy all the benefits of membership for 1 year including free afternoon sails, evening sails, club racing, socials, seminars and more.

Learn to Sail

With this year-long membership you will gain the skills you need to be a competent sailor.

*Add ASA 103 Basic Coastal Cruising for an additional $950.

Learn to Skipper 

$4,795

With this year-long membership you will gain the skills you need skipper boats up to 30ft.

*Substitute Captains membership add $880 – includes day use of all boats to 28′. Contact office to Substitute.

Learn to Bareboat 

$5,995

This membership is for anyone dreaming of chartering a larger boat for a vacation, or wanting to gain the knowledge to own their boat.

*Substitute Skipper membership add $1890 – includes day use of the Merit 25 and pay as you go for all other boats.

*Substitute Captains membership add $2770 – includes day use of all boats to 28′ and pay as you go for larger boats.

Try before you buy: Join a group sail

Experience sailing out of the Redwood Channel! All boats are skippered by an instructor, and we run the group sails on the same boats that we use for classes. You decide how much you want to participate. No previous sailing knowledge or special equipment is needed.
