Explore the Greater Bay Area
Our full day sails get you out on the Bay for a day of sailing and exploring. Each month we’ll visit a new destination giving you experience and exposure to various North and Central Bay locations and conditions. Participants may charter one of Spinnaker Sailing boats and join the flotilla or sign up as an individual (or couple) to sail on a yacht skippered by one of our instructors. The flotilla will set sail at 9:30AM and head towards San Francisco. Wind and current permitting we’ll sail around the Central Bay and will have a 20 mile sail home. This is a great opportunity to work on your steering skills as there will be longer times on a single heading. All participants should bring their own food and beverages for the day. It’s a great way to get sailing time, learn the North Bay, and have fun.
