Note: Do not leave dock with expired flares - Outdated flares are not discarded as they may still be used. Regulations require a minimum of three flares within date to be on board.

Regardless of the boat's condition, I have e-mailed pictures of hull to the office before departure.

I have checked all items on the check-out list above. Upon returning from my charter I will complete the check-in list, leave the boat clean and in same condition as I received it. Any equipment that is missing or inoperable should be reported to office before departing.
