Anil started out windsurfing on lakes in Wisconsin in 1985.  He moved to the Bay Area in 1990, where he continued windsurfing.  After a trip to the BVI in 2001, he decided to switch to keelboats, and worked his way through the ASA certifications starting in 2003 right here at Spinnaker Sailing.  He has skippered Spinnaker vacation charters in the BVI, St. Martin, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Croatia, and Tahiti. He joined the Spinnaker Sailing instructor team in 2015.
