Regular tenants - $1.00 per foot (Temporary berthing rates include utilities)
Deposits
One month security deposit equal to monthly berth rent amount.
When signing up for a new slip you will be required to pay the first month’s rent plus one months rent as security deposit.
Dock Box
Free dock boxes are located next to each slip.
Amenities
There are no facilities located next to the marina, but public restrooms are nearby.
Fishing Dock
There is a fishing pier right next to the marina.

Transients
.70 per foot per day or
$11.20 per foot per month.
Permanent
Boats to 29' - $6.50 per foot
Boats 30' to 34' - $7.50 per foot
Boats 35' to 40' - $8.00 per foot
Boats 41' to 49' - $8.50 per foot
Boats 50' + $9.00 per foot
All berthing based on slip length or boat LOA, whichever is longer.
Liveaboard
All guests may stay aboard their boats 2 nights per week.
People wishing to stay aboard their boat 3-4 nights per week must apply for an extended stay permit and pay $175.00 per month in addition to permanent berthing rates.
Over 4 nights per week is considered a liveaboard tenant. You MUST have a liveaboard permit to stay aboard your vessel over 4 nights per week. There are 4 liveaboard slips in this marina. There is a Liveaboard fee of $225.00 per month in addition to regular berthing fees for this privilege. Contact us for availability.

Available in parking lot near launch ramp on Chesapeake Ave.
