Spinnaker Class begins

Our Spinnaker class runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm on both weekends March 22, 23 and 29, 30. If you have completed BCC you are eligable to take this very fun and exciting class. This is a must have course for anyone who wishes to race so sign up early.

Mini cruise to the North Bay
≈ March 29 - 30 ≈

We have a two day cruise to the north bay scheduled for the weekend of March 29-30. Great sailing during the day and a fun night in The City, or maybe a quiet anchorage behind Angel Isle. Reservations are required and Club members Save 25% off the boat charter.

All Day Sail to Treasure Isle
≈ March 15 ≈

We have room for up to six people to sail with us to the north bay on Saturday March 15th, hopefully rounding Treasure Isle with a long downwind run all the way home. This is not only a fun trip, but great experience for any aspiring skippers who wish to sail up to the north bay with their own family or crew. Contact us for availability. Happy Cruising!

12 - 4 Afternoon Sail

Saturday March 15th we will be having an afternoon sail out on the South San Francisco Bay. This cruise is open to anyone who wishes to come. The cost is only $65 per person, and Free for Club members. Contact us for availability.

Evening Cruising Begins
≈ March 14 ≈

With the onset of daylight savings time we are officially kicking off our very popular evening cruise schedule. Every Friday and Saturday we will have one of our instructors take out 4 people on a relaxing two hour sail on the San Francisco Bay. Please see our schedule for exact dates and times. Call ahead for reservations.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT RACING ...

≈ APRIL 4, 2008 ≈

A special racing seminar will be held April 4 from 5:30pm until around 7:00pm. . This course will be mandatory for all club members wishing to race this year.

Topics will include: right of way rules, skippers responsiblities, liabilities, penalties and general safety.

If you are not able to make this seminar, we will be holding them monthly. If you are involved in an accident or dispute, not knowing this information will not be an excuse to get you out of your responsibilities so you will definitely want to attend. BVI June 2008 Trip!

This trip runs from June 19 - 29. We will leae SFO Thursday evening and return Sunday June 29. The British Virgin Islands will be celebrating the Summer Sailstice during this time. We will also provide participants to earn Cruising Catamaran certification on this trip.
